We have been in the machine embroidery business since 2002. Brenda has 6 years experience and training in digitizing and enjoys creating new designs. She has studied under Jay Benko at SWF Mesa in Anaheim, and Chuck Wildes of North Hollywood, California. Raymond enjoys hooping and running the embroidery machine and making sales calls. Brenda calls him her "Super Hooper!" We have created musical instrument designs, Celtic, Scottish Clan Badge, floral, dog breeds, birds, cats and other animals plus customized designs. If for any reason you are not happy with one of our items you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or a credit within 30 days of receipt of your product. No refund on personalized items. The item must be returned in the condition in which it was received. You must request a Return Authorization number (RA#). Upon receipt of the RA#, repack the items, enclose a copy of the original invoice, and return the package within 5 days via mail, UPS, RPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking number.
